발생현황(Status of occurrence)

각실 도배꼬임이 발생하는 현상은 크게 두 가지로 분류할 수 있다.

첫째, 모서리가 별도로 없는 벽체의 RC(철근콘크리트 벽체)+건식벽체 조인트 부위에 도배지 꼬임이

주로 발생한다.

발생원인(Cause of occurrence)

첫째, 모서리가 별도로 없는 면의 RC+건식벽체 조인트 부위는 도배 퍼티(putty) 균열에 의하여

발생한다.

둘째, T자형 벽체에서 도배지 꼬임이 발생하는 원인은 합지면 석고보드 및 석고보드의 틈새 발생

및 고정 불량에 의하여 발생한다.

도배지 부위별 일반 보수 방안

 

 

첫째, "T"자형 벽체가 아닌 경우는 아래와 같이 나누어 생각해 볼 수 있다.

1) 골조 연장 벽체 조인트 부위는 바탕면 처리 및 PET 필름 시공은 별도로 필요하지 않다.

천장 도배지 꼬임은 바탕면 조인트 처리 확인 후 재시공 하도록 한다.

국토교통부  국가건설 기준 KCS 41 5 05 : 2016 도배공사에 준하여 재시공을 한다.

석고보드 조인트 부위에 도배 퍼티로 밀실하게 충전 후, 보수 초배지(네바리) 시공 및 충분한

건조시간 확보 후에 정배지를 시공토록 한다.
