여름철 공용부 계단실 및 엘리베이터 전실 온도상승에 대한 민원발생 원인 및 대책방안

요즘같이  무더운 날씨에 공동주택 공용부 계단실 및 엘리베이터 전실을 출입하는 입주민으로부터

온도가 너무 높다는 민원을 받는 경우가 많다

계단실과 EV전실이 평면적으로 맞닿아 있고 EV 전실과 세대 간은 단열. 결로에 유리하도록 창호가

이러한 열고임 현상을 파악하기 위하여 CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics) 시뮬레이션을

사용하여 확인하였다

본 시뮬레이션에서는 외부 풍속을 2.8m/s으로 가정하여 계산하였다

환기가 되지 않고, 온도가 너무 높다는 클레임을 제기하는 경우를 현업에서 많이 보았다
