냉동기 유분리기 필터 고정용인 샤프트가 가끔씩 파손되는 경우가 있는데 점검 중에 발견되는

경우는 다행으로, 정확한 원인을 파악하는 것이 과제인데 우선적으로 샤프트를 교체한 후 모니

터링을 해보기로 하고 원인 및 대책방안을 알아보도록 하자.

발생 현황(Status of occurrence)

1. 냉장용 냉동 2호기 유분리기 오일필터 교체 작업 중 발견된 사항으로 냉장용 냉동기의 오일

불균형 발생(한쪽 솔림현상 or 오일 감소 현상)으로 Shut Down 현상 발생

유분리기 필터 고정용 샤프트 파손, 필터 고정 미흡으로 오일, 냉매 분리 불량 현상 발생으로 추정됨

estimated to have caused the separation of oil and refrigerant

 

제조사 Sabrore(덴마크)측에 문의하였으나, 정확한 원인에 대한 답변은 듣기 어려움

1. 유분리기 필터 고정용 샤프트 파손에 의한 오일량 감소 발생으로 유지. 관리 불가능 호소
