출입구 로비 슬래브 처짐 및 균열 발생에 대한 원인과 대책방안

오늘은 일반 건축물 로비에 발생하는 슬래브 처짐 및 균열 발생 원인과 대책방안에 대하여

사례를 통하여 알아보도록 하자

건물마다 처짐의 원인은 다를 수 있으므로 충분한 검토가 필요하다

 

The cause of sagging may vary from building to building, so a thorough review is required

 

도심지에 건축하는 일반 건축물의 경우 구조적인 문제를 비롯하여  되메우기를 특히 신경써야

되는 경우가 많다

 

In the case of general buildings built in urban areas, particular attention should be paid to

re-filling, including structural problems

 

이러한 슬래브 처짐이 발생하면 상부 도장 마감면까지 균열이 발생하기 때문에 사용자측의

클레임이 발생하게 되고, 출입문이 회전문으로 되어 있는 경우 사용을 못하게 되어 이용 시

많은 불편을 겪게 된다

 

If such slab sagging occurs, cracks will occur up to the upper paint finish surface

If a claim occurs and the entrance door is made of a revolving door, it cannot be used,

발생 현황(Status of occurrence)

 

국내 외국계 가구점이 입점에 있는 곳에서 입구(지하1층) 회전문 하부 바닥에 균열 및 처짐이

3개소 발생하였다

 

Cracks and sagging on the bottom of the revolving door of the entrance (B1F) at the place where

foreign furniture stores in Korea are located

출입구 로비 회전문 슬래브(바닥) 균열 및 처짐 발생

 

회전문이 설치된 부위의 외벽선을 따라 균열이 발생하였고, 균열 발생 위치에서 건물 외측 방향으로

약 20mm 정도의 슬래브 처짐이 발생하였다

 

Cracks occurred along the outer wall line of the part where the revolving door was installed,

and from the location of the crack to the outside of the building

Slab deflection of about 20mm occurred

 

균열 발생 부위

 

 

균열이 발생한 부위는 보와 기둥에 의해 지지되는 내측 슬래브와 SOG형태의 외측 슬래브가 연결

되는 부위이다

도면상 왼쪽부터 2개소는 내측과 외측이 분리타설이 되었고, 오른쪽 부분은 일체타설이 되었다

발생 원인(Cause of occurrence)

 

첫째, 외측으로 발생한 슬래브 처짐은 외측 SOG 슬래브 하부의 지반(되메우기 부위)이 침하되어

발생한 것으로 추정된다

 

First, the sagging of the slab that occurs outward causes the ground (refill area) under the

outer SOG slab to settle

It is presumed to have occurred

 

둘째, 해당 처짐으로 인한 내/외측 슬래브가 만나는 지점에서 균열이 발생한 것으로 추정된다

 

Second, it is presumed that cracks occurred at the point where the inner/outer slabs meet

due to the deflection

침하가 발생한 슬래브의 상부에 다른 구조물이 없는 형태로 회전문 외부의 캐노피구조물은 본 

건물과 분리되어 별도의 기초가 형성되어 있고, 단면 내력 부족등의 구조적인 원인이 아니다

따라서, 구조적인 안전성에는 문제가 없을 것으로 판단된다

클레임 발생 현황(Status of claims)

 

출입구 입구 로비에 발생한 균열 및 바닥 침하로 인한 안전상 문제를 제기함은 물론이고, 회전문

하부 바닥에 닿는 부위로 인한 개폐 불량으로 장기간 사용불가로 클레임이 발생하였다

 

In addition to raising safety concerns due to cracks and floor subsidence in the entrance lobby

A claim was filed because it could not be used for a long time due to poor opening and closing

due to the part touching the bottom

 

대책 및 개선 방안(Countermeasures and improvement measures)

 

현장 여건 및 설계,시공 상태를 충분히 검토하여 결정하여야 함은 물론이다

 

Of course, the site conditions, design, and construction conditions should be sufficiently

reviewed before deciding

 

이 현장의 경우 슬래브 하부 되메우기 기간이 약 2년이 경과한 현장으로 추가적인 침하가 크지

않을 것으로 사료된다

 

For this site, the sub-slab refilling period has been approximately 2 years, and additional

subsidence is large

It is thought not to be

 

첫째, 마이크로 파일 등으로 지지력을 보강 한다

 

First, strengthen support with microfiles, etc

 

둘째, 슬래브의 처짐은 외측 슬래브 할석 후 타설, 셀프 레벨링 등의 방법을 이용하여 보수

한다

 

Second, the sagging of the slab is repaired by using methods such as placing and self-leveling

after cutting the outer slab

 

셋째, 슬래브 처짐 보수 후 추가 처짐 시 2차 보수를 진행한다

 

Third, after repairing the slab sagging, the second repair is carried out in case of

additional sagging
