걷기좋은 계룡산 동학사 가는 길

오늘은 필자가 일 년에 몇 번 정도는 꼭 방문하는 봄나들이를 비롯하여 산책하기 좋은 계룡산 동학사

가는 길을 소개해 드릴까 한다.

물론 동학사를 지나 가을철에 관음봉까지 등산도 몇 번 다녀온 적이 있지만 동학사 주차장에서

차를 주차하고 동학사까지만 다녀와도 의미있는 산책이 될 수 있다.

It can be a meaningful walk even if you park your car and go to Donghaksa Temple

 

주차장에서 동학사까지 갔다 오는데 걸리는 시간은 1시간 30분 전후이다.

 

It takes about an hour and a half to go from the parking lot to Donghaksa Temple

동학사 일주문을 지나서 동학사까지 가는 산책길에는 여러 암자 또한 지나가게 된다.

성인 기준 3,000원으로 공영 주차장 영수증(4,000원)과 더불어 대전 유성 온천에 가서

제시하면 사우나 비용을 1,000원 할인해 준다.

주차장에 주차를 하고 식당가를 지나면 매표소가 나오고 조금 있다가 일주문에 들어서게 된다.

and enter Iljumun Gate a little later.

 

동학사는 4월의 벚꽃길과 5월의 계곡 따라 핀 보라색의 등나무 꽃이 유명하다.

 

Donghaksa Temple is famous for its purple wisteria flowers that bloom along the cherry

blossom road in April and the valley in May.

 

올해는 봄꽃이 개화하기 전에 방문하여 아직은 꽃들이 피기 전이다.

동학사 계곡 옆으로 난 오르막길을 좀 걷다 보면 문수암(공주시 반포면 동학사 1로 430-14) 가는 길과

관음암(공주시 반포면 동학사1로 432)을 만나게 된다

문수암은 절 지명에서 알 수 있듯이 석가모니불의 좌우 협시 보살 중 왼쪽에 자리한 지혜를 상징하는

문수보살과 인연이 있는 절이다

 

As you can see from the name of the temple, Munsuam symbolizes the wisdom of the

Buddha on the left and right sides of the Buddha

It is a temple that has a connection with the Bodhisattva Munsu

 

 

석가모니불 협시불로 우측에는 보현보살을 모시고 있다

절 입구에 전각 위에는 사자상이 있는 것이 특이하고, 절에서 바라보는 문필봉이 장관이다

 

It is unique that there is a lion statue on top of the temple at the entrance of the temple,

and the Moon Pilbong Peak viewed from the temple is spectacular

 

동학사 가는 길에서 100m 떨어져 있는 오르막 길을 따라가다 보면 나온다

사실 관음암이라는 암자의 명칭은 전국에 많이 있는데, 불교 사찰이 아닌 경우도 있으니 미리

알아보고 방문하시는 게 좋다

country, but in some cases, they are not Buddhist temples, so in advance, 

It's better to find out and visit

 

관음암은 옛날 한옥이나 절 기둥 등에 좋은 문구(주련)를 많이 새겨놓은 것을 많이 볼 수 있는데

관음암 또한 그런 문구들이 많이 새겨져 있다.

관음암도 명칭에서 알 수 있듯이 석가모니 협시불로 왼쪽에 관음보살, 우측에는 지장보살이 모셔져

있는 암자이다

동학사를 가기 전 만나는 암자들은 관계자 외 출입금지 이거나 신도만 출입할 수 있는 날들이

대부분으로 미리 알고 가시면 좋을 듯 하다

 

The hermitages you meet before you go to Donghaksa Temple are off limits to officials

or only believers

It would be nice to know most of them in advance

 

문수암 가는 길과 관음암

 

다음으로는 길상암(공주시 반포면 동학사 1로 434)과 미타암(공주시 반포면 동학사1로 436)을

지나치게 된다

아쉽게도 아직까지 코로나가 종식되지 않았고, 외인 출입금지 푯말이 있어서 방문하기는 어려울

듯하다.

미타암은 "ㄱ"자 형태로 약간 비스듬히 법당 배치가 독특한 절로 주불인 석가모니불 좌. 우 협시

보살로 관음보살과 지장보살이 모셔져 있다.

 

Mitaam Hermitage is a temple with a unique layout of the temple, Sakyamuni Buddha,

in an " ㄱ" shape. 

As Bodhisattva, Gwaneum Bodhisattva and Jijang Bodhisattva are enshrined.

충남 공주시 반포면 동학사 1로 462에 소재하고 있는 동학사는 닭 볏을 쓴 용의 모습을 상징하는

계룡산 동북쪽 기슭에 자리하고 있다.

신라시대의 상원 조사가 암자를 짓고 수도하다가 입적한 후, 724년(신라 33대 성덕왕 23) 제자인

회의 화상이 쌍탑을 건립하였다고 전해 진다.

당시에는 절 이름을 청량사라고 하였는데, 문수보살이 강림한 도량이라 하여 붙여진 이름이라

한다.

because it was named Doryang where the Buddhist monk Munsu was descended

 

 

 

 

 

고려시대 도선국사의 중창불사를 시작으로 5번의 중창불사가 이루어졌다.

 

Starting with the Jungchangbulsa Temple of Doseon State Preceptor during the Goryeo

Dynasty, five Jungchangbulsa Temple were performed.

 

현재는 비구니 스님들의 승가대학, 대학원을 운영하고 있고 주지스님 여해 정엽 스님과 더불어

용맹정진하는 사찰이다.

chief monk, Yeohae, and Jeongyeop

가기 전에 걷기 좋은 길로 동학사 가는 길을 추천드린다.
