발생 원인(Cause of occurrence)

 

1. 입출고 사무실 천장 결로 원인

(Cause of dew condensation on ceiling of incoming and outgoing office)

 

1) 오버브릿지 하부와 단열 G/W 패널, 우레탄 뿜칠 공간 발생

 

Overbridge lower part, insulation G/W panel, urethane space created

 

2) 오버브릿지 벽체는 G/W패널로(방화구획) 추가 냉장/냉동 방열 없음

 

Overbridge wall is G/W panel (fireproof section) No additional refrigeration/freezing

heat dissipation

 

3) 외부/입출고 사무실 방풍실(재설치는 비용상 불가능) 없으며, 환기팬에 의한 외기 직접 유입

4) 입출고사무실/냉장창고 벽체 배관 타공 부위 마감 미흡

3. 결로수 발생 원인 (Causes of Condensation Water)

 

1) 빈번한 외기 유입으로 인한 사무실내 습도가 높음(약 84~86%)

2) 하절기(특히 외기의 상대습도가 높은 우기철)에 천장 결로가 발생될 수 있는 컨디션

클레임 발생 현황(Status of claims)

 

1. 입주사 직원 휴게실 상부 결로수 낙수로 인한 마감재 오염 및 낙수 발생으로 사용상 불편 호소

 

Complaints of inconvenience in use due to contamination of finishing materials and the

occurrence of falling water due to falling condensation water on the upper part of the

lounge of the occupant company

 

2. 지속적인 하자보수 진행 시 임시 컨테이너로 이동하여 여름철 더위 및 불편 호소

결로수가 맺히는 환경을 개선하는 것이 가장 바람직하고 충분한 기술 검토를 하여 근본적인

시공방법을 찾는 것이 원칙이다

그러나, 준공 이후 작업공간등을 고려할 때, 상부 냉동창고 OVER BRIGDGE 하부 결로수 응결에

대한 완벽한 보수가 불가능하고 재하자 발생 시 상당한 비용이 들 것으로 판단되었다

 

However, considering the work space after completion of construction, the condensation

of the OVER BRIGDGE lower condensation water in the refrigerating warehouse

 

It was judged that perfect repair was impossible and that it would cost a considerable

amount in the event of a disaster

 

 

따라서, 단열보강 이나 제습기를 설치하는 대신 유도판을 시공하여 천장 에어컨 드레인에 묶어서

유도하는 것으로 협의하여 진행함

 

Therefore, instead of installing insulation reinforcement or dehumidifiers, a guide plate is

constructed and tied to the ceiling air conditioner drain
