오늘은 동절기 침실 1(안방) 발코니 천장 내부 및 실외기실 표면 결로에 의한 화재감지기 오작동의

원인과 대책방안에 대하여 알아보도록 하자

 

Today, we're going to talk about the malfunction of the fire detector due to condensation

발생 현황(Status of occurrence)

 

실외기실이나 발코니 천장에 있는 화재감지기 알람이 발생하는 경우가 종종 있다

그중 실외기실 화재 감지기 알람 하자 건수가 전체 하자의 90%를 차지하였고, 발코니 1의 화재

감지기 알람 하자는 10% 내외를 차지하였다

발생 원인(Cause of occurrence)

 

1. 결로로 인한 화재 감지기 알람 발생 mechanism

화재 감지기 외부 및 내부 구조는 다음과 같다

화재 감지기 동작 조건 실온보다 30도 높은 온도의 풍속이 70cm/s인 수직기류 투입 시

30초 이내 혹은 실온에서부터 15도/분의 직선적인 비율로 상승하는 경우 4.5분 이내이다

결로(습기)로 인한 접점 도통(쇼트)으로 인한 감지기 오동작이 발생하였다

2. 발코니 1 결로 발생 원인(Causes of condensation on balcony 1)

 

실외기와 면하는 벽체 틈새로 인한 냉기 유입 및 세대 내 과습에 따른 내/외부 결로가 발생한다

3. 실외기실 결로 발생 원인 (Cause of condensation in outdoor unit room)

 

첫째, 실외기와 면하는 발코니 1 벽체 틈새로 실내 습기가 유입되는 경우이다

outdoor unit

둘째, 세대 내 습기가 거실/침실 1 에어컨 슬리브를 통해 실외기실로 유입되는 경우이다

에어컨 슬리브 및 전열교환기 슬리브 코킹 및 실리콘 누락으로 인한 틈새 발생

 

클레임 발생 현황(Status of clamis)

 

공동주택의 경우 화재가 발생하게 되면 타 세대에도 불길이 확산될 수 있고, 요즘 워낙 화재사고가

이슈이다 보니 화재감지기 오작동은 상당히 민감한 사항이다

화재감지기 오작동으로 인한 발생 세대가 많을수록 공동주택의 경우 단지 전체 이슈가 되어

대책 및 개선 방안(Countermeasures and improvement measures)

 

결로로 인한 화재감지기 오작동을 방지하기 위한 대책 및 개선방안은 아래와 같이 생각해 볼 수 있다

 

Measures and improvement measures to prevent fire detector malfunction due to condensation

1. 발코니 화재 감지기 오작동 (Balcony fire detector malfunction)

 

기본적으로 천장 반자를 일부 제거하고 화재 감지기 박스 내부 우레탄 폼을 충진 하고, 환기 시스템

가동을 권장한다

 

Basically remove part of the ceiling frame and fill the urethane foam inside the fire detector

box, ventilation system

It is recommended to operate

 

추가적으로 발코니, 실외기실 도어 벽체 상부/경량벽체 + 조적 사이 타공 후 우레탄 폼을 충진 한다

 

Additionally, fill in the urethane foam after punching between balcony, outdoor cabin door wall

upper/lightweight wall + masonry

 

2. 실외기실 화재 감지기 오작동 (Outdoor room fire detector malfunction)

 

기본적으로 실외기실 화재 감지기 내부 CD관 우레탄 폼을 충진 하고, 에어컨 슬리브 코킹 누락부위 

코킹을 실시하며, 전열 교환기 슬리브와 덕트 사이 우레탄폼 충진 및 커버 실리콘 코킹을 실시한다

Coking is performed, and urethane foam filling and cover silicon caulking are performed between

the heat exchanger sleeve and the duct

 

추가적 조치는 발코니, 실외기실 동시에 진행하도록 한다
